What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Hampshire There are a number of trees growing up through the stone wall which is the property line.Who owns these trees?I would like to cut them down for cordwood.My neigbor says we share ownership (I can have every other tree on the line).What is legally correct?Thanks
