Trees on the property line in Alaska

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I bought property in Gustavus Alaska (just outside of Glacier Bay National Park), someone recently bought the property next to mine and clear cut the entire 2 1/2 acres. He cut a Sitka Spruce approximately 30 to 40 inches in diameter that was located on the property line (3/4 on his and 1/4 on mine).
