What is the name of your state? Texas

We live on 10 acres in rural Texas. My husband and I have our own place on the acreage and my father-in-law has his own place on the acreage. I have recently had a new baby. When I was pregnant I went to visit my FIL's friend and there was a person there that was selling prescription drugs to somebody else in the house. I did see this, and saw money exchange hands. The friend was mortified that this person did this in front of me when I was pregnant. Well now my father-in-law has moved this pill pushing person into his house. I want to know what recourse I have. Having a new baby I don't want her to get busted and CPS takes my child away because we live on the same property. Please help.

Thanks.
