What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL.

In general, if someone posts an ad, say on craigslist for an item for sale and they post a price in the headline, then a different higher price in the actual ad, is this considered false advertising? And can it be argued with the poster that you want to purchase it for the lower price advertised.

thanks

Of course you could ask for the lower price. You have no legal right to demand the lower price and no recourse if the seller refuses to sell for the lower price.
