All Sales Final on Parishables

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA.

Purchased an order online to retail at a business. Talked with the president/founder of company to make sure items weren't "bogus". Placed order - All Sales Final Clause - turns out items are no good having many returns - items not doing what expected to do (it is a perishable item). Any way out of an all sales final with parishables? Just wondering?

Cool

Parishables? Were these purchased for a church?

More details, son, more details (a constant problem on this forum). What kind of perishables are you talking about? And why would you think there's a possibility that they're "bogus?"

No not purchased for a church. They were purchased for a spa they are a "diet" food. I'm just the go to person to try and get things settled.
