What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
My finance company send me a check for a car. I took the check to the dealer. Dealer submit the car info to the finance company, for approver. They ok the deal and the dealer cash the check. My temp expire and the dealer still don't have my plate. I started paying on the loan to the finance company. |
