Chinese wholesale ---> sales within the USA - permits?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA (South Florida)

Can you buy wholesale from china, having it shipped to the us, passes customs, and then I'd sell each time individually online on craigslist, eBay, amazon, etc.

Do I need a special license or something?

Also coming from china people might question the fakeness or realness and could the actual company sue me?

For example, p90x is a product sold in the us but u can buy it wholesale fom china, could the p90x company sue me if I sold their product at a lower price? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Simple answer.... you CANNOT import and sell anything that is copyright protected.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Does anybody else find it strange that this is the SECOND time today that a P90x topic has arisen?

I was thinking that same thing..... There was a spammer early this morning, something about Chinese goods - didn't pay attention. Just reported it.
