Co-op purchase not received.

Phoenix, Az. I purchased some things from a co-op group on Facebook. Paid through PayPal. The women left the items on her porch as she was not home when I picked them up. I realized when I got home that I did not receive my largest item worth $65. I have tried to email the women multiple times over the last 2 weeks but have not gotten a response. The group is still active online but she does not acknowledge my messages. What can I do?

Find a more trustworthy source from which to buy items in the future.
