| | | Dishonor of contract What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
Now I have entered into a contract to buy a house and we were almost ready to close on the property when the seller decided to back out of the deal and dishonor our contract so that they can sell it to another person for a higher amount. What actions can I take along with the law firm on this.
