Do I Have to Screen the Age of my Customers to Sell "Sexy Gifts" direct from Amazon?

I'm opening up an ECommerce Store that basically sells anything direct from Amazon with the word sexy or sex on it and which all sales are processed direct from Amazon.Com who receives the money (I eventually get a sales commission) and processes the sale. This isn't porn stuff as its sold from Amazon.
Do I still need to put an age disclaimer on the site or anything? As far as I know Amazon doesn't do this which seems bizarre. I'll probably give Amazon a call tommorow to clarify this but am curious to know your opinions in the meantime.
