E-Bay is ripping me off!

i was given a bill from e-bay for junes monthly statment that was 162.06. Then i went on july 5th to pay my bill that had grown to a total of $243.31 i charged that amont on my credit card then paypal automaticly took 162.06 on june 30th from my bank checking account that was not alowed by me or know. That unautorized transaction over drew my account and now i owe over 100 dollars because of this charge. they never deducted the 162.06 that was taken from my checking account on the 30th of june from the bill i was given to pay when i went to pay on the 5th of july. They say i owe them. I want my 162.06 refunded to my checking account that was an unautorrized transaction. i paid my fees on july 5th and now i have paid them now twice 162.06 which they will not refund cause they say i owe them from june something to july 5th.

as you can see on june 26th i owed 167.11 on june 30th i paid 162.06 which on july 1st my balance should have been around $5.05 then all the charges untill july 5th should only total around $66.50 instead they charged me $243.31 meaning they never deducted the 162.06 i paid on june 30th. Now they say i owed them they overdrew my account and will not refund the money i have over paid that i am entiteled to. help i want my money refunded and my bank fees taken care of because of this mess. thank you
