The preview post function on this site malfunctions more than functions and I imagine that is what led to the deletion of your post's content.

Please tell us what your Facebook online yard sale is all about and why you believe you might be guilty of theft by deception. Theft by deception, as a note, is purposely obtaining the property of another through deceptive means. For an example, if you led people who contributed goods to your yard sale, or who purchased items from your yard sale, into believing the money made from the sales would go to a named charity and you instead kept all of the goods or the money for yourself, that could be seen as theft by deception.
