free ship furniture

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny

i live in newyork...i was scammed by this company operating out of Atlanta, GA.
i paid for a couch by check..i have the cancelled check...this company charged my credit card as well.It is going on over a year..cc company can not help me. (discover card)...i need someone to sue for me in ATLANTA small claims court.
please help..its for $2000!!

No one can sue for you. Either contact the local court and file your own suit, or hire an attorney to represent you.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

It's going on a year. Why the action now instead of 11 month ago?

No one here can go to Atlanta and sue for you. It's small claims. You go yourself.
