Gift Cards

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
Hi, I met a guy who told me he can get me best buy gift cards for half price. I didn't believe him at first but I decided to give it a try. I gave him 125 dollars and he gave me a card that had 250 on it. I called the number into best buy and everything checked out. That night I went and purchased two 22" monitors without a problem. I then started googling half price best buy scams and nothing came up I also saw on some site that best buy makes over 2 million dollars a year from people who don't use their gift card or they just forget there is a few bucks on it. I then checked ebay and saw that many people were selling them for less than face value so I was thinking I could start to sell these cards and turn a profit. I still do not know how this guy gets them I figured best buy could be dumping the 2 million they make back into gift cards so people will go to their store buy stuff and help stimulate this economy.
I was wondering if it is legal to continue to buy these gift cards at half price and sell them on ebay. I have yet to find something saying there is a scam or fraudulent gift certificates. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What did the local Best Buy manager say when you went into his store, showed him your 'discount card' and asked him??

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Usually, these half price cards are purchased with a stolen credit card.
