Internet Purchase

Arkansas:
I purchased an internet search program in the hope of tracking down relatives. The "site" is pretty much useless since most of the links take me to other "pay for use" sites. I used paypal to pay for this "Search Program". They said they do not cancel payments. Can I cancell it under the 3 day cooling off law? Thank you, easyco

There is no such thing for internet purchases.
