Hello, This is kind of a continuation of my other thread "Is an ebay purchase a real legal contract?"
A new problem has come up.
In my whole negative feedback ordeal another buyer contacted me who was having trouble with him. He has emailed her and told her that the tickets were lost in the mail (ups overnight which I believe always gives you a tracking number)
If he claims to have shipped and has a receipt of shipment is it her tough luck if he claims they are "lost."
Can he still be held responsible for her not getting the tickets?
