| | | On Line problem I purchased some motorcycle parts from Torres Cycle(California) through their web site back on July 27th. As of Sept. 25th I have yet to receive said parts or a refund,even after many e-mails and phone calls.I used PayPal for this purchase,but let the 45 day period laps for their intervention.What if anything can I do to recoup my $260.00?
