I purchased a tv set on-line from a well know store. The price was very low. I received a notice of confirmation of my order and delivery date. Later, I received a email from the company saying the "The product you ordered is no longer available and the order has been cancelled." What are my consumer rights?

You have the right to find another television, either from that retailer or another. There is no legal obligation to sell you something they no longer have.

If you are referring to Best Buy, they are not honoring the $9.99 price posted Wednesday on its Web site, for the 52-inch, $3,400 Samsung flat-screen TV. It was just an online pricing error.
