Online Company, Never Sent Item - APO

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alaska

I need assistance with a being scammed or frauded.

In Feb 09, I was looking for a new camera (Tax Return Time). I looked on eBay (did not buy there), and found a company that was making a LOT of says and had a pretty good rating. (found uut how later).

The company had their phone number in all of their auctions and I called
them to ask them about a special package deal and if I could alter from
the packages they sold online. They agreed and made me a package.

I paid for it there on the phone. The Web site company name was Pyxis Camera.

My card was billed in less then 2 min for the amount of $1,408.10.
This was on 09 Feb 2009.

I recieved an invoice as well, but the invoice was from a company called
Cyber Discount Warehouse.

Every thing seemed fine. I am in Korea, so I figured to wait a while for the item to be recieved in country.

2 Days went by and I had not recieved a shipping e-mail. So I called and asked... They said they would get back to me. That night I recieved an e-mail.

You can still view tracking info, still last seen in NY.

I have called many many times, and I was told to wait 60 days due to the location it may take some time. I have recieved packages from family members that have taken two months before so I believed it. NOW
I have since filled BBB reports, resellerratings claims and everything.

The company says they mailed it, then they said they filled a claim through USPS, but will give me no further info. I called one time and they said they were going to reship it, I have phone loggs that show 100's of phone calls to them (international from Korea to their CS phone number)

I see online there are 1000's of people complaining about their CS. I do not know what to do. I tried to file a complaint through my bank but they say that mastercard (it was a USAA Dept Master Card) only allows you to wait upto 60 days. Well as you can tell by the date, it has been a lot longer then that.

Now the company says they are not sending another package that they are still waiting on the results from the USPS claim they did 4 months ago.

I am only here for so long and I will be moving on from Korea soon. Is there anything I can do, or any lawyer that would be willing to help me on this case. Please refer or comment as you wish I will be trying to update as much as I can.

Thanks in advance. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
