online mis- advertising??

incorrect advertising on website - i purchased some linens as shown below on a website and received a lesser amount - they tell me it was a typo

they listed on the site:

price/unit $1.55
price/case $18.60
unit: dozen
units/case: 12
weight.unit: 3 lbs
weight case: 30 lbs
carton size: 13x15x27

Hospitality pillow protectors $1.55 dozen

now they are trying to say it was a typo error

they took my money the same day i ordered, sent me confirmation and shipped the product to me some 3 weeks later and now are offering me just a refund.

they have changed website today after i pointed out it showed the above still on line (i printed a copy for my records)

what rights do i have as a consumer??

It's a typo. If you received only 1 and you paid $18.60, then you are entitled to get back $18.60 minus $1.55.
