What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

NJ

I purchased downloadable software online. The products specification requirements of the operation system required on the websites description was wrong and i cannot use my software.

I am wondering what kind of law, if any, does this falls under?

I all I want is my money back but so far they are refusing to give it to me.

Given that we don't know the product nor the description, it is difficult to say.
