Refund not allowed

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLA
I BOUGHT PRODUCT FROM A COMPANY AND RETURNED IT I CANNOT USE THE PRODUCT THEY WILL ONLY ALLOW YOU POINTS TOWARDS FUTURE PURCHASES I HAVE LOST MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT WHICH I DONT WANT BECAUSE I CANNOT USE IT.

Did you know their return policy prior to purchase? Was it posted?
