| |  Running an online lotto?
My state: Illinois
I would love to run an online lotto. But I need to know all of the laws... Could someone help me?
1.Is Gambling allowed over here?
2. What are the Cyber Laws (Internet) in my country.
3. if gambling is allowed, is it allowed to be operated by private people or the holding on gambling and all those stuffs in the hand of govt.
4. What are the Tax laws related to gambling
5. What kind of investment do i have to start with or how can I get a better one?
6. can I show good credential?
7. what is a guarantor?
8. How can I get people to trust me
9. if it's not allowed is there some way I can get past this and make it work (legally!)

Please help? | If gambling is allowed within a jurisdiction, it is governed by the state in which it is allowed.
There is no way around it.

| Someone from the US would not write the questions in this manner. Besides, online gambling is illegal in the US.

It is illegal for those in the US to participate in online gambling even on overseas sites.
It is illegal for financial institutions in the US to transfer funds to gambling sites.

I posted them like that because I asked earlier and got answer's that were in that format that were actually questions asking ME all of this.. so I didn't know so i changed the format in which they were asked as if I was asking them.
