Sales Tax on Automobile

What is the name of your state? MN
If I purchase an automobile in Minnesota with the intention of using it to move to Florida do I have to pay MN sales tax on the car? Is there a time requirement to leave the state to avoid MN sales tax? Which state do I have to insure the car in? Which state do I have to license the car in? Any advise on this would be appreciated. Thanks
