Is there legal to open online advertising?


Is that legal to sell online advertising?
I want to open an online advertising website which costs USD 2 Dollar per advertisiment?

There were $11.5 Billion in sales for the first half of 2008 alone. Yes, online advertizing is legal in the US. Don't know about your country since you deliberately chose not to andswer the "waht is the name of your state" question.

Don't know why anyone would want to pay you $2 per ad viewing though. It sounds about a thousand times too high. Read more on CPM, CPC and CPA here:

Based upon your post, please get some remedial education in the English language and sentence compostion. Nobody is going to buy advertising from someone that cannot type a sentence correctly.
