I live in the U.K. I have received an email from a company on which I ordered some goods from a few months back stating they are delivering an order in a few days time. I have placed no order and the goods are completely different to what I ordered the first time. My question is can I keep them legally if they come?

Here is a snippet I took from Wikipedia

Rights of the recipient

The "recipient may [...] use, deal with, or dispose of the goods as if they were an unconditional gift to him"[2] and "[t]he rights of the sender to the goods are extinguished".[3]
