My virtual item on game platform Steam got scammed. He stated on Steam chat that he's going to pay 100 for my item on PayPal. After I gave him my paypal email adress, he sent me an invoice and taught that was a payment and sent him the virtual item. On Steam market its worth 70$. I have scammers adress, real name. I also have image of our chat. Could I possibly sue him ?

What is the name of your state or, if not in the US, what is the name of your country?

Lithuania.
Thank you for providing that information, daumiox.

FreeAdvice forums handle US law questions and legal concerns only. For assistance with the problems you are having with your virtual sale, you will need to consult with a professional in Lithuania.

You might wish to re-read your Steam Subscriber Agreement prior to any consultation you have with the professional, however.

Good luck.
