What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I sold a kite to a person in Queensland and he wasn't happy
with the condition of the kite. He will send it back if I give him a full
refund. Can I charge him the 70 dollars it cost me to send the
product in the first place?

Please get back to me.. He is threatening to take me to court and rekons
that I would be summons in court in Queensland !?? I live in Perth!!
Can he do this??

Where you deduct the postage or not, no US law will affect you.
