I have two tvs bought through a seller on Amazon sitting in my house, they both were replacements for a defective tv. Both tvs were supposed to be picked up by the same seller as returns. It's been about a month and a few emails of me asking when they will be picked up and I still haven't heard when to expect a shipping company to be by to do a pickup. When do these tvs become considered abandoned by the seller? I let Amazon know I wanted a refund after the seller dragged their feet on doing a return, I also let them know I have the tvs and Amazon themselves accepted my claim and refunded me on the original tv.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington
