What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

What is the current legal standing of importing 100,000 units of Viagra (100mg) from India, in to the United States (either via freight, or mail)? And if illegal, what is the penalty, fine, or crime listed under?

You can contact your local law enforcement agency and discuss this with them.

Oh, drug trafficking?

No trouble, really. Why not call the DEA and ask them. They'll be happy to help you out.

Have no fear, it is a very stiff penalty.

With that many pills, I fully expect the penal system will come down very hard on you.

Besides breaking Federal and State law? And ignoring the DEA and FDA? You don't want to mess with the FDA. They will OWN you.

The likely scenario is that they WILL confiscate it and send you a letter saying you are on the big brother's sh*t list and you better never do it again or you will face huge consequences. Your $ will be wasted and you will be grateful that is all the trouble you got, and you will never do it again.

Experienced.
