    Abandoned personal property by boyfriend

State of Alabama. On April 12,2009 ( it has now been over 21 weeks, approximately 150 days )my now ex boyfriend moved out of the house we were living in together, he is not on the lease nor any of the utilities. I have repeatedly ask him to come get his belongings that he left here to no avail. At what point are these items considered abandoned, and what if anything may I do with them? He lives 5 miles down the road, has a truck and a car that run, and he rarely works, there has been no issue as to why he can't come get these items. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
