    Ads

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What's with all the Ads posted in the threads ?

The first one I clicked open today , I thought was a TOS and removed, until the second one I scrolled down further and accually seen the postings .

Site has to make a profit someway. They used to just be rather innocuous at the bottom of the page, but now they are utilizing a feature of this BBS (seen it at other people using VBulletin) to insert them in the middle of the thread.

The only annoying thing is there seems to be some latency where the ad while it's downloading keeps the rest of the thread from being displayed. If you think that is the case and hit REPLY right away you miss the fact that there are already a bunch of replies. I don't know if there's anything that can be done to fix that.
I'm not a lawyer, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

My inner capitalist likes it, but it's annoyingly slow.
The Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibits the government from making you answer any questions that may incriminate you.

    Go watch this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wXkI4t7nuc

Refusing to answer questions is NOT obstruction. Lying to the police is obstruction. If you say "I don't know" when you really do, that's obstruction. I suggest using the phrase "I'm sorry, but I don't believe it is in my best interest to answer your questions".
