cosigner took my car

My cosigner on my car tow it and i call police, the police told me it was repossessed by toyota financial services, i call them and they told me they didn't repo the car, i call back the police and the police give me the phone number of the person that call them saying it was the from the toyota financial services and it was from my cosigner, he pay the balance on the car and he does not want to give me back my car or at list part of the money, the title is only on my name, he knows people in that company so im afraid they change that, what can i do to get my car back?
