What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

In PA can someone use my address on their PA license? This person doesn't live at my address. She works in Japan and doesn't live here anymore, but still wants to use my address for all her mail etc.
I don't want her to but she keeps using it and visiting to pick up her mail when she comes to the U.S.

You could inform the post office that she does not live there, and instead of holding it for her to pick up when she visits, you could mark the mail as "return to sender " and return it to the post office as undeliverable.

I believe that if you were to notify the PA DMV that she does not live there, and has not lived there for some time, they will issue a Notice of Suspension until she walks in there and gives them a valid residence address. It is the law in every state that the license holder's address be up-to-date at all times.

I have a good friend that is moving out of state for about 1 year but plans on returning. He doesn't want to deal with changing his car tags, registration, etc. so he has asked me if he can list my address so the tag renewal and whatever else go to a valid address and then I can just forward him the info.

However, I'm not sure how comfortable I am with this. Is this even legal? Ethical? I know changing your registration can be a pain.
