last night my ex husband and his wife stopped by just so his wife could accuse my twelve year old daughter of stealing her camera and ring three weeks ago. had her in tears with her constantly telling her she did not take anything of hers and she could check her room if she wanted to. she even went so far as to say she would call the cop on her and have her taken to jail. my daughter was so upset until she got sick. this was supposed to happen when she went for a visit to her dads. now my daughter told her dad she wasn't ever going to his house again as long as his wife was there,because she was not going to go to some ones house that will be mean and accuse her of theft that was not done. is she of the age that she can make that decision whether she does not want to see her dad considering the effect it will have now between his wife and daughter. what can be done if she continues to accuse her. she is twelve.
