What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I was sued by my old landlord, the judge ruled in her favor for over $2000. My friend and I (who is also being sued by the same person) were out to dinner, and ran into her and her friends, as we were leaving the resturant, they started screaming for everyone to hear that we owed her money, and when we got outside they continued to harass us by saying that they would see us in jail and that we are peices of crap, and gay bashing my friend. They followed us home and continued to harrass us. I filed a police report, and I was wondering what I could do in the situation, I am wanting to sue her, but I'm not sure how to go about it.
