    HIPA law

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

My daughters info was listed on facebook by a receptionist that worked at the mental health clinic that she has been going to. She found out because another person happened to be going to the same clinic and her info was also listed on the site and she happened to know her husband. they went today to confront the receptionist who is now on administative leave and will probably be fired. This person had been under investigation but the clinic said they did not have enough info to get rid of her until now. Now my daughter and this other person wants to get an attorney, are they wasting their time?

I am not sure about your daughter, but you are wasting your time posting in the "technical issues (NOT legal questions) area of the forum.

You would be better served posting your question in the Medical and Healthcare Malpractice area of the forum.
