I WAS TERMINATED TODAY BECAUSE OF A HIPAA VIOLATION. I WAS TOLD OF MY VIOLATION, NOTHING WAS SHOWN TO ME. I HAVE NEVER DISCUSSED A PATIENT'S RECORDS WITH ANYONE, JUST, AS THEY SAID ACCESSED AN ACCOUNT
