I need legal Advise ASAP!

I am a Nurse in Illlinois. I was placed with a Reprimand for a Postive PRE Employement drug screen in 7/2009. I was OK with that since I had tried it at that time. I have taken a Drug Screen since and it was negative. I am employed. This past Saturday the 5th my local Newspaper printed this. ARE THEY ABLE TO DO THAT????? Is there something I can do here? Isn't there something in the US Supreme Court that prevents your drug screens from being published in the LOCAL paper?
