    Money Metter

    Rajasthan state INDIA.
    I am in kuwait I have send Money thrue Draft or check to my brother and my father to buy a Car about 8 lack.and some of Draft I send to Direct to Tata Finance companey.and I was in kuwait when i bought car so Car on my brother name.
    after all My brother and my father has so0ld car.
    how can i gat back money from my brother.
    all the draft Reciept and Nri check Which i send to them i have it.

    I think you skipped the part about this being for U.S. Law only.
