    New State Laws

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I don't know if others feel the same way, but it seems useful to post the changes in the laws because of the New Year. In my state (CA), some "important" changes can be found at:

maybe other state members can post similar links.

I have not researched them yet, but i did see it mentioned on YAHOO.

I will look them up later

Actually, they dont seem specific to my state. Just normal, not texting and driving, and a further limitation on smoking.

Unfortunately for me, none of the new laws in effect for 2010 are the one I really really really want.

I'm not going to say what that tax revenue increasing, harmless, and falsely stereotypical plant I would like to see legalized is. lol

I am prepared to intelligently debate this issue if anyone opposes this and is bored.

    Cheers.
