    Only US Law

I've always suspected the "What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?" line is misunderstood by some to mean the state is required only if the question pertains to US law. This morning, jimbo2779 of the U.K. said: "I thought it meant only put the state if its US. My mistake and I am sorry for this."

I suggest it be changed to something that more clearly indicates this is exclusively a US law forum, such as:

What is the name of your state? (This forum is for US law only).

It used to say, clearly, at the top of the forums, US LAW ONLY. I didn't notice when that went away but it doesn't appear to be there anymore.

    Or how about something like...

REQUIRED: What is the name of your state? (This forum is for US law only).
