    Should I sue walmart?

Ok, I am a teen parent, and two months ago my girlfriend tried piercing our daughters ear, they said that she needed to be 18, i am not legally on the birth certificate because I wasnt there when the papers were signed, but I know im the father. Because my girlfriend wasnt 18, her brother in law went in and signed the papers for my daughter to get her ear pierced, because he was over 18, My girlfriend is legally emancipated to sign papers for my daughter though. So, they pierced her ears, but messed up on them both, one was so low that we had to take it out of her ear. (it was probably 2 or 3 mm from the ending of her ear lobe) So, I called and asked if they would re-pierce it for free, just a couple days after this occured and they said they would. We went in and they didnt have the earing, but they said they would call us when they got it in. Around two weeks later they hadnt called and I called, they said they didnt have it, around a week later we went in and they said they still didnt have it, around the two month mark, I called and they said they had the earing in, we went to walmart to try and get it pierced, the girl said she wasnt certified to pierce it, but to come in the next day and the girl would. We went in the next day and the girl refused, making rude comments towards my girlfriend for being a "liar", and also for being a teen parent. The girl saying that the man who signed wasnt her father(theres not a father legally determined on the birth certificate, so even though hes not the father, they would have no proof) after she ridiculed my girlfriend, and refused to pierce my daughters ear (which now has a scar were the earring was) we saw a group of employees (including the girl) talking about us in a group (girlfriends mother heard our names and saw them). After her mother told us about the incident, we were looking at some items and a man (employee) walked beside us and said very rude teen parent comments towards us and then walked off. When i called to complain about the employees, the manager then hung up on me.

yes, they would have proof because he isn't on the BC nor has a court order stating he is the father. That means even if he was the biological father, he is not the legal father and as such, cannot represent the child in legal matters.

and it isn't illegal to be rude.

your friend that signed the authorization could be in some trouble if he represented himself as the legal father.

and your GF being emancipated? No, she isn't. While she may have a right to sign on behalf of your daughter, she is still a minor and will be treated as such.

And, what part of "no legal questions" in the title of this sub-forum don't you understand?

You have not won the law suit lottery; in fact, you haven't even won the law suit scratch-off.
