    Ok, OP...let's not waste any more time ~ Slander this is not. Did this employee force your hand to the pen, or put a gun to your head and say "sign this resignation, or else?"

    Obviously not. No case for slander. No case for anything else.

    There is a section clearly labeled "Libel / Slander / Defamation". Then there's the Employment section.
