    suing bank over verbal agreement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas

Evicted a tenant from my business property. Bank owned assets of tenant because of as SBA loan they had. Bank asked me to store the assets until they could sell them. They agreed verbally to pay me rent. They knew the posted rent. Now saying that SBA won't let them pay the posted rent and I have to take their offer of 1/10th the amount. The items were stored for 43 days while I couldn't release the property. They said to sue them if I didn't like the offer. Have done business with this bank for 10 years. Didn't get the agreement in writing because I trusted them. What is my next stepWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Here is what your next step is: try posting your question in a thread other than one whose title specifically includes the words "Not Legal Questions"; yes, I believe that will yield more fruitful results.
The only thing worse than getting into an argument about politics is getting into an argument because you refuse to argue politics.
