What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Thank you, Prosperina, for explaining the locked threads for someone trying to cause problems for Ohiogal.

Thank you to each of the senior members, members, and junior members who use this forum properly.

Is there anything the rest of us can do to help get rid of the problem "spammer"?

    You're more than welcome

Just keep doing what we all do - if you feel a post is abusive whether it's authored by a junior, senior or psychotic member, just report it to admin.

As a side note, the only person who can permanently delete a post is admin.

NO other member, senior or otherwise including OG and myself and everyone else, can do that.

What happens when you report is that the post is temporarily deleted. Admin then reviews and makes the decision - the post is either deleted permanently or it is reinstated (perhaps modified/edited).

It should also be noted that (as I think someone else mentioned), members can be fined for abusing the forums. One might wish to google "IAAL Freeadvice" or use similar terms.
