    Undermining Efforts?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I usually check the forum late evening (mostly RE Law) answering questions and the next day they have been deleted as if they never existed.
If a question has been posted -why would it be deleted?

Could be a number of reasons, but usually, this type of thing occurs because the OP has chosen to delete their thread. When a mod feels that a thread has run its course, the thread will typically be locked from new posts instead of being deleted.
The only thing worse than getting into an argument about politics is getting into an argument because you refuse to argue politics.

You're probably seeing spam that has been reported. The footprint sometimes remains until the moderator permanently deletes the post.
