    Virginia Law?

The state would be Virginia. Was wondering if anyone know. . . if you have been charge with a class one misdemeanor for brandishing a firearm in Virginia can you still purchase new firearms. I know i can still own the ones I currently have but I was wondering if I was going to run into any trouble when purchasing new ones? Any help would be nice. Thanks.

You would be better served posting your question in an appropriate area of the forum

Who did you brandish the gun at? If it was a spouse or someone else who fits in the DV description, you probably can not. Otherwise you should be OK.
