I have a legal question that is bothering me and I decided to begin the querry here.

It is in regards to the TV networks hijacking and acting as a monopoly for 2 hours of public subsidized FCC regulated television.

I am a manager of a civil equality organization ( small grass roots one ) and I am concerned about the new powers given to TV and Government by the new digital system and of the precedent it has started.

With that said. A BUSINESS is allowed to determine what it wants to put on the air, so long as it does not violate the law.
