Adult court ordered DNA testing

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas... I am an adult child trying to determine who my Bio-father is. It can be one of two natural born brothers, which one is deceased. The living brother (living in Oklahoma, my birth state) refuses to take a DNA test, can I legally force him?

Why did you post in this section of the forum. This is for technical questions.

I am, however, going to save time and effort on all our parts. NO you cannot legally force him to do anything.

You should have asked your bio-mother the question.the reply from her mouth is the most accurate and genuine.of course ,if she declines to vouchsafe the secret to you , please not to force her to do that .

There is no such thing as a bio-mother. It is MOTHER

Yes, there is!

My daughter has a biomother and she also has me, her mother. As this poster is asking about establishing biodad, could be that he is an adoptee who has has connected with his biomom, but can't determine who biodad is so he can do the same.

Does the law also recognize a biomother to mean anything at all in regards to the child?
